A great go-to book.

From a nursing student: Upon my first semester of nursing school, I found myself unsure of what was expected of me as a student nurse. However, after reading this book, I began to understand the core concepts of nursing, and what it means to be a nurse. Now, in my last year of nursing school, I found myself returning to this book, as it is a great asset to a student nurse as it provides a means of answering quick questions that come up later. (Even includes an excellent index that helps to use as a reference book down the road.) Would recommend to other student nurses, or existing nursing who would like a great reference.

Very good start for a Nursing student.

This book has everything the first-semester nursing student needs. I actually compared it with another book which was necessary to buy in my first nursing semester (in which after a couple of chapters I was completely disappointed and switched to this one). I found the material easy to read and comprehend. The information is given straight to the point. Thank you Saunders!
