Necessary information for legal assistants

Necessary outlines for the paralegal. Check your local court rules for specifics. This is a required book for my litigation course in college. Thank you Aspen Publishers and Mrs. Maerowitz and Mr. Mauet. This book will help me be professional and help my employer's clients have a better chance of winning needed remedies.

Absolutly perfect for my needs.

I working in about 3 years. i am a Motion clerk, calendar clerk...a little bit everything and i need this book. There are everything from forms, examples to "step-by-step" from A to Z. I don't know about some "college or law school" students ))) but i really glad that i have this book.
