"...It all seemed to happen in slow motion. Someone yanked me off the bed; my head banged against the hardwood floor and for a few split seconds, I couldn't see anything. I heard my little sister scream as she was jerked awake. Her high-pitched voice rang through the silence, bringing me back into reality. "Gemma! Gemma, help me!" I pushed myself up with my arms, trying to see her over the bed. I caught a glimpse of someone dressed in all black pulling Libby out from under the covers. I screamed something incomprehensible, reaching for her, but someone grabbed my foot and dragged me across the room. My fingernails dug into the floors as I tried to get away, but whoever was dragging me away was too strong..."
