Frankly, my dear…

Countries of origin are the United Kingdom and West Germany. Therefore, we have a German-US-British cast that works well together. Dr. Frank Overton (Mark Stevens, known for “The Snake Pit” 1948) has invented a new suspended animation process. His assistant, Dr. Helen Wieland (Marianne Koch, known for “A Fistful of Dollars” 1964), who is enamored with Dr. Frank Overton, is by his side at all times. Well, maybe not all the time, as Dr. Overton’s drunk and distraught wife occupies a good percentage of the movie. The doctor goes comatose. His wife is found dispatched, and Inspector Prenton (Wolfgang Lukschy, also known for “A Fistful of Dollars”) suspects foul play on the part of her husband. Did he or did he not? Only he and we know the truth. Watch as everyone decides what action to take.
