Don't Leave Home Without It

This is THE book to take to New York. It is accurate, readable, amusing, and fits in your purse. The reviews of where to eat and where to stay may not let you do NYC on $80.00, but they certainly help prioritize where to put your dollar down, and what to expect back. The division of the book into individual areas of the city is most helpful, and the frequent small maps in the book are so much easier than dragging out the big map (which is included). I've made two trips to the city with my teenage daughters, and this book was my Bible and my security blanket. Great research, well organized, and fun to read.
