When teachers tell your father that you are not able to learn when your marks are good, what can you do?You have only one choice to make a decision and show them that they were wrong. I went on ships in the merchant marine for some years before I attended a seamen school in Norway. I had to learn Norwegian first in order to be able to attend the seamen school. I became a captain and sailed and worked offshore in the oil business for many years before I retired. That is the reason I wrote this book to encourage youngsters around the world to believe in themselves. This book is also written for parents to remind them that is their duty to encourage and motivate their children.I am sure that if I believed what the teacher said about me I would have been in trouble. Frustration can make you make bad decisions.
