From the Moon to the Multiverse

In the year 2157, there are amazing medical advances. Everything can be taken care of from a hangnail to a stroke, and if you have a health problem, you get a scan before seeing the doctor. There are even hand-held scanners that are carried by Doctors and Nurses in smaller towns for the patient's health care. Raymond Sounder and his sister Jazziah have been the primary caregivers for a small secluded town for 4 years. Then the time came for another set to take over, so the pair went to Penn Station - to take a Shuttle to the Moon. The Moon, ah, the moon... where our Medical brother and sister plan on training to be Space Physicians and treat the many bodies living and working there. That's the plan, at least... What happens next is beyond imagining... a Black Hole opens up in front of the pair, sucking them and most of their luggage through Where they land is beyond comprehension... a well-evolved planet in another universe far, far away... a compendium of many universes - a MULTIverse - joined together for peace, protection, and power.
