'From the Eye of the Elephant' is dedicated to Richard Lair for his many years of helping us understand our relationship to elephants, who share a remarkably similar familial blueprint to humans. The book celebrates the 25th year since Galen moved to Northern Thailand to make a film about the plight of the Asian elephant. 'From the Eye of the Elephant' will help support Cultural Crossroads Asia, a non-profit entity founded to help preserve and nourish indigenous cultures.
