from the Awakened Heart: a book of poems

Hello, here is my third and maybe final book of poetry for now. I am sure I will continue to write when and if inspiration strikes me. And God-willing I will have enough to perhaps write a fourth book.
There is so much around us each and every day in which to find inspiration. There is grace and beauty, love and peace, hope and compassion. If we all took the time to be a little nicer, smile a little more, and spread the message of compassion the world would be so much brighter, and we would be so much happier. This book is more about my spiritual awakening, and my newfound increase in my connection to God and spirit, than anything else. I do divert from that topic just a little. Through the trials and tribulations of my life, I was always able to see that shred of hope to hold on to, the light that was, although dim at times, still there inside me. Sometimes now when I write, I feel like it's not coming from me, but rather from something outside of me....almost like I am watching it write itself. I do hope you enjoy this book, Stay well.
