Igniting minds with written word in order to simply extinguish his own. Duane has a Bachelors of Science in Computer Forensics and an Associates in Business. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 2000 to 2005 at Marine Corps Base Hawaii with a tour to the sandbox called Iraq in 2003. Currently he works in the private sector. His original publisher was deployed to Iraq and is no longer active as this is his second printing of this title. From the Ashes of the past was originally written as recreation, pages in a journal, letters to his family, and little poems for framed gifts. His therapist actually encouraged him to compile a book. One of the first copies printed was actually given to her. She uses it as recommended reading for other patients. His second title soon to be released was almost entirely written during his early period of recovery.
