This book describes certain aspects of Shi'ism and differences with Sunnism. It looks at Shi'ism from a theological and historical perspectives and provides an argument for why the Imams, in Twelver Shi'ism, should be the ones with authority over the Muslim Ummah. This is done by looking at Quranic Ayats, hadith, and other narrations, from both Sunni and Shia sources. Based on the narrations that we have today in Islamic literature, it paints a picture with respect to the importance of the Ahl-ul-bayt and events related to succession of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (s).
