A killer new novel with a refreshing take on storytelling

Fresh kills is an exciting and inventive work of fiction that admirably blends different genre styles into a successful whole. It's also a study of the human condition and the bonds that connect us. Particularly the bond between a father and his daughter. It's a work that tries to embrace the future while recognizing the potential Orwellian pitfalls of such a future. It's a fun read with an unconventional style and plot that will keep you reading till the end.

Current/New and Fun

Fresh Kills is a high tech political thriller. Very current. It flows off the pages and you will quickly go through this book. The verses interposed throughout set the mood, and the story jumps off the page. Those of you that have been involved in NY Republican politics will recognize who some of the characters are based on. But even if you have no interest in politics you will enjoy the tech aspects. Enjoy.
