Fun, Easy Cookbook!

I actually bought this cookbook while I was in Italy this past summer. I was living in a small apartment, so the quick, easy recipes were perfect for the few pots and pans I had available to use. When I returned home, I was still able to find the simple ingredients in my local grocery store. I love this cookbook and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a "fresh" take on great Italian food!
