ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Devon Attaei is a Canadian poet who began sharing her work online with the hope of creating a space for vulnerability and connection through poetry. With encouragement from her growing community of readers, she published her debut collection, Fresh Air & Lilac Perfume. In 2021, she collaborated with co-author Max Wells on the poetry novel Temporary Forever. Their bestselling collection caught the attention of author Anna Todd and was featured in the Madibaland World Literary Festival. Attaei's first children's book, George the Rabbit, was released in 2024. This heartfelt story, inspired by a song her father used to sing, tells a tale of friendship and emotional growth.
