Cover photo and others look delightful!

If you are into Mexican food and soy this is the book for you! Unfortunatly I have ulcers and I'm allergic to soy and all it's related products. (Soy is the most common food allergy in this country. Don't forget most soy is GMO'd in this country.) Anyway the photos are great and their are a few recipes I can use so it's not a complete loss.
