Jason Renaud, along with his partner Flint Harden and others hand picked from the FBI, Portland Police Department, and the Special Unit from Washington DC have been tapped for a new experimental unit. A unit that has few jurisdiction problems, a sprinkling of psychics and some really unique bells and whistles.

They've just been given their first two cases which will determine if the unit ever gets off the ground, but there's just a couple of problems with that.
