A Bird Lovers' Alphabet Book

Exotic, endangered and extinct birds as well as a few familiar ones are illustrated in this large-format hardback. The alphabet letter, pen and ink drawing and scientific name of the bird are featured on the left page, with a larger color painting and poetic description on the right page. Head and shoulders are shown, not the entire bird. Bird lovers will enjoy sharing this book with their children or young friends. However, due to the formal presentation, younger children may not be as interested in looking through the book on their own.
