Striking a chord with Four Letter World

With past musical accomplishments from Dan O'Mahony, (he sang for California hardcore bands like No For An Answer, Carry Nation, 411, God Forgot, Speak 714, and John Henry Holiday) it was only fitting to see what the man had to say through his written word. "Four Letter World", the second from Dan O and a follow up from his previous work "Three Legged Race", picks up almost right were the first left off. Documenting his life while going through personal changes with relationships, living broke on minimum wage, and touring in Europe with people he once called friends. His personal journals transcribe into literary genius and cryptic calls for self-realization. The 70 plus pages will leave asking where is he now and who holds his heart. On a personal suggestion, seek out his first book, "Three Legged Race". It would be worth the money and time spent.

Good Book...

Having been there for most of the writings in this book, I can honestly tell you it is a truthful recap of the European tour. I played bass for NFAA on that tour, as a matter of fact, Dan wrote a poem about me and our unfortunate fight.

Left me wanting more

Having met the author LONG before these writings were ink on paper, I could not wait to read it and I could not put it down while reading it. The book is an insightful glimpse at the man behind the music. What a talented wordsmith!

this book is literary genius. dan o'mahony tells of facinating life expierence. as of fan of dan o'mahony's music work with 411, no for an answer, and speak 714 i now can say that i am a fan of dan o' mahony's written work.
