Old book But Still Relevant

Even though this was written in the late 1970's its content is still relevant and worthwhile. The reader has to overlook the lack of use of modern clinical attire that was not the standard of practice in those days. Too bad there is not a new edition available because the need is just as great these days for such a comprehensive book on this subject.
