A parent's worst nightmare...and a police chief's as well
As dusk settles on Chief of Police Judith Anderson's first Founders Day celebration in her adopted city, she's breathing out a sigh and itching to get out of her dress uniform. Her relief is short-lived, though, when a mother's scream cuts the air. Her toddler is missing.
