This beginner's book was designed with slow readers in mind. It is a fact that every classroom will have students who may not grasp the concept of reading along with the rest of the class. It is not an easy skill to achieve by some. This book will help with this, if given the time. This was written to help readers begin and gradually improve until they have successfully acquired the skill of phonetic awareness. The ultimate goal of reading is to understand and express what was learnt. This book is the first step to doing that. There is no time limit to complete this level, just go at the reader's pace. It is my hope that this book could be utilized to address the literacy issues in our country one student at a time.
