The present study planned to develop a new dairy product with health benefits beyond those of traditionally formulated products and essentially be classified as neutraceuticals by the formulation of improved ice cream with a combination of pomegranate seed and with different levels of juice. The investigation included the study of physicochemical parameters, organoleptic parameters, rheological parameters, microbial parameters, and statistical parameters.
