Forgiveness does not make sense to the ego mind.

Ego cannot access grace or understanding.

Ego cannot see or feel the realities of humanity.

Ego cannot concern itself with the suffering of others.

Ego can only see and feel its own pain.

Ego seeks revenge or feels hurt

when it feels threatened by others.

Which is why FORGIVENESS seems

overwhelming, unfair, and impossible.

Some people try to forgive,

Because they believe it is the right thing to do.

Your Higher Self can genuinely forgive,

liberating yourself and possibly your oppressor (if they choose).
