This book is part 2 in the Take Lord and Recieve series and it is based on the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. The value of this book is that it uses all different styles of prayer and it very much appeals to imagery, imagination in its contemplations, it would use mantras, and the use of journaling, drawing and all kinds of methods to open up one's spirit to going deeper into one's being. In today's world we won't become peace makers until we realize that we aren't perfect and we can begin to forgive ourselves and others for the things which block peace.
