Forget Me Not is a romance/thriller which introduces the life of Kitty Baker in both her past as a high school student and in the present as a married accountant. She dealt with abusive parents, disloyal friends, a self-destructive urge for adrenaline and a love/hate relationship with Brody Hill. Brody has always forced her to adapt to unwanted feelings and rise above those who would rather see her fall than rise above her circumstances. The novel is full of youthful experiences in substance abuse, love, sex, school, friends and a troubled home. While the story mainly divulges into her past, the story in the present also continues so that characters merge between the lines. With twists and turns to keep the reader guessing, the plot is more complicated than you think. Everyone has been keeping secrets but Kitty has kept the biggest of all.
