In the beautiful back country of Pennsylvania, is the place where the annual summer Forest Trials take place. Every year people from all over the country volunteer, and they are chosen based on their spiritual gift. Seventeen-year-old Mckenna Brightmore chooses to venture through the forest Trials on a test of faith to understand her gift of discernment and bring her into a closer relationship with God.
