Truly, Roger Grubbs' For the Victims provides "something for everyone"--those seeking mystery and suspense, spiritual edification, or explanations of domestic terrorism will all find sources of intrigue. Ever wonder why the cultural phrase "going postal" originated? This novel depicts the horrifying circumstances that made the creation of the phrase possible. A story of one family's struggle to uncover--and survive--a national scam (between the postal service and a large corporation) is certainly a source of astonishing awe. For his first book, Mr. Grubbs successfully grasps the readers' interest; and his attention to detail, coupled with his own background and ethical merits, convinces me that this story is--in fact--true. I hope that this book accomplishes its goal in connecting those who have been affected by similar traumatic events; and I also look forward to reading the next installment--because, I have a feeling that more to the story exists.

This novel is inspiring - makes you think it is true. Maybe it is? It is scary to think this could happen to anyone. I recommend that everyone read this book.
