Superb pasta recipes

This is a superb book on pasta. It is divided into nine chapters combining pasta with various other things auch as seafood, vegetables, poultry, etc. I hardly ever get out of the seafood section, there are so many great recipes. Many are quick enough to almost do the sauce while the pasta is cooking. The recipes are generally not complicated once you are into the mode, but are sophisticated and really great tasting. They can be used for the family or for guests. I highly recommend this book.
