It was 2000/1. Kevin and Sandy were both living in Nova Scotia. It was wintertime. They had both compiled a book of their irrespective lives, 'shortcut to falling into place,' which was decades of Sandy's poetry, and hundreds of photos that Kevin turned into collages. Then he moved to Vancouver, BC. Kevin invited Sandy to join him. As he puts it, "you're composting in this seniors apartment!" Sandy accepted. She was to follow in the Fall, 2001. 9/11 happened and the whole world changed. Sandy moved out to BC two weeks after 9/11. "We were both in a very high state of energy, with what was happening in the skies above us, and around the world at the time." In that Energy, around the 1st of October, 2001, they embarked on a mission to put the message of the first book into a much simpler form, so that they might share their understanding of unconditional love. Within 3 days, 'for heaven's sake' was born. 'for heaven's sake' IS Unconditional Love, as understood by Kevin and Sandy, in 37 words, with definitions, along with personal photos that capture the essence of those words. An interpretation of their life experiences and lessons learned. They self published it in 2001, using water color paintings for the covers. Then it sat on a shelf, in their minds, until now, 11 years later. We now have the rebirth of their little book.Note: Pictures were not posed for but selected from thousands of real life moments.
