Poetry is contradictory. It takes the writer then the reader to a world of endless joy, of ecstasy, only to drown them a moment later in pain.
This is what draws me to it: its unpredictability.
In the book "Foolish Desires" I tried to gather myself up and pour out the unspoken. You will find a collection of unalike poems, ones that I wrote in different places and often with paradoxical emotions, contradictory thoughts and uncertainty, because perhaps this is what each one of us is: A Paradox.
