Super "foody" book!

This beautiful food presentation was created and compiled by a former Chef I had worked with for a number of years. Am quite pleased that he included a recipe that I had worked up for him. The recipes are a bit complicated for the home cook, but certainly not for one with a working "tour de main". The actual book is, in this day and age, beautifully crafted. Heavy paper, great presentation and photos, plus easy to work with. Visually pleasing, just lying on your coffee table it is going to be a conversation piece and assured of a pick up. Truly admire the craft and time that went into creating this beautiful, thoughtful & talented presentation. From my experience working with Chef Pisegna, the choice of plates and the presentations are his personal creations, since what exited our kitchen mirrored the book creations and photo presentations. Ah, those were heady days working with Chef David! We worked with some wonderful products and created some truly remarkable presentations! Truly the greatest and most instructive experience of my culinary years. I've given several copies of his book as gifts to my professional "kitchen" friends & fellow workers much to their appreciation. ~Bruin~
