As a senior pastor, chief executive officer, or designated leader in a church or business, the ability to attract and develop leaders is critical to success. The temptation; however, is to follow the traditional pattern and begin to teach and train leadership principles to those individuals. I want to offer and suggest a different line of thinking for consideration. Most leaders honestly don't need another "leadership lesson"! I believe leaders need to be developed in a "Life on Life" environment.
