Following the Road Less Traveled Through Mongolia and Siberia

I have been asked why I chose to tour Mongolia and Siberia. Neither country is considered beautiful or even pretty, but they both amazed me with their subtle splendor. The trip did not disappoint! The vast open spaces and the visual appeal of both countries are reason enough to sign on for this adventure. And for me, writing my journal is the concluding step in the journey's process. I write mainly for myself, but I write for friends and family too. This is the first time I've published a journal, and I hope that you, Dear Reader, will enjoy your armchair journey and will be drawn into Mongolia and Siberia much like I was.
