Following After God's Heartbeats

God's heartbeats are so unique, so genuine, and so loving. As a believer, I crave His love, some days much more than others. Each day God allows me to live, I wonder if I'm getting closer to understanding His heartbeats--just how much does He love me and you? Does this love ever end? Can I be separated from Him somehow? If I do good things, will God love me more? How many mistakes in my life does it take for God to leave me for good? As we question the heart of God, we make assumptions based on our human knowledge and limitations of what God's heart is possibly filled with. Yet, God's heartbeats are filled with much more than what's humanly possible; they're loaded up with a strong, heavenly passion. His heart is filled with so much love for us that He leaves it up to us to follow Him. It's up to us to believe in Him. It's up to us to give Him our hearts and to follow after His heartbeats. I want to encourage you to give God your heart and then follow what makes His heart beat a continuously, loving rhythm for all humankind. Follow after His heartbeats of love, peace, truth, mercy, joy and hope. Only beautiful things come from a beautiful heart and how I long to desire and follow after His beautiful heartbeats.
