Half of the city abandoned and locked down leaving the citizens alone and afraid. A man with the police force set on making a change in his city gathers all of those that will stand with him. A teenaged boy that is haunted by his past now seeks revenge against his tormentors. Will these two forces be enough to save their precious city.
