In the heart of a country engulfed in war and violence, a small group is waging its own war. The place: a psychiatric hospital. The time: the period of siege between two battles. The plot unfolds with a crime, followed by another, and then another. A state of suspicion arises, not only targeting others but also affecting the self, spreading amongst everyone. Madness mixes with sanity, and the thin thread separating reality from drama dissolves. Fear intensifies with the presence of a fugitive killer, leading everyone to suspect each other, while a cunning writer manipulates the screenplay to align with a reality that has become more cruel than one could imagine.
