Four children sleep peacefully in their isolated farmhouse unaware of sinister dark shapes creeping towards them in the fog. When one of the children, Christopher, is kidnapped, the others must join forces with strange creatures who've come from a dark and dangerous secret kingdom. Together they must save not just the boy but the kingdom itself.
