I am so happy I purchased this book. It is filled with all of the info on DAR charting and it gives rationales to why this type of charting is done and how it is done. I am glad I spent the money. It was worth every penny. I don't think I will sell this book because it has so much info that can be used for other types of charting as well. It has sample medical record info in it to give you an idea of what you are looking for, to gain info on charting. LUVVV ITTT!
