From an Edgar Wallace 'Novice'

An excellent, easy, read. For those like me who have not read Edgar Wallace before, the man was apparently a horse racing journalist and this book is as informed and insightful as you would expect from an authority in this most statistical and information driven of sports. With plenty of storyline. Its not 'literature' but its a rollicking good read with heroes and villains and romance and the english countryside at its best.
