Learning how to cook and bake was "learning by doing" for me.

My teenage years were full of school and sports, so I never had the chance to learn how to cook and bake - and I have to admit - I wasn t even interested in learning.

But at university, I sometimes craved one or another thing, so I started baking and cooking.

I love all the old recipes from my grandparents, but I also tried new ones or ate something delicious at a restaurant. I figure out the ingredients and recook it at home.

Often it takes some tries until it s to my liking.

Here they are - a collection of some of my favorite recipes.

All the dishes are easy to cook or bake without spending hours in the kitchen.
