This book contains sketches of flies, Pacific salmon and fishing gear that are vividly connected with my personal history fishing the rivers and lakes of the Oregon Coast, and especially the region around Pacific City, and the Nestucca River. My history here extends back to the early 1960s when I caught my first cutthroat trout, steelhead, and silver salmon within ten minutes of Pacific City in a nearby creek. As a self-taught artist, the majority of these sketches were drawn between 2008 and 2015, creating snapshots of my life memories related to fishing my Home Waters.Please Note: I encourage all who purchase these books to take them to be spiral bound at a business like OfficeMax, Staples, or Kinko's (or any similar business). A few bucks invested in spiral binding will make the book far more durable and easy to enjoy reading.
