A tragic accident on the day of her parent's wedding leads to a chain reaction of bad luck for Thandiwe and her younger brother.

Mandulo is living with the pains of her past. An unknown father, a drunken mother and infertility as a result of being the victim of a sexual assault at age eleven. Now her husband's family are putting him under pressure to marry again to continue the family line. She hopes that her biggest wish to find happiness shall be granted...
