Non-Fiction Easy Reader

This easy reader would be a great way to introduce non-fiction to children. "Fish" is a level one reader from the "Wonder Book Series." Each spread has a page with one or two simple sentences next to a page with a photograph. The photos correlate with the text so that the students can check what they are reading. This book first discusses general information about fish including parts such as gills and fins. Then, the second half of the book discusses how to care for fish as pets. There is a word list at the end of the book that lists key words.
