Become A Triathlete!

Gail's ability to paint the various pictures and explain the diverse backgrounds of the triathletes that she interviewed makes for some fun, low key reading for triathletes at any competitive level. A perfect dose of perspective as you head toward your season-ending key race!

Inspirational and Humorous

Excellent book - I recommend it to anyone who has been bitten by the triathlon addiction or who is contemplating becoming involved in the sport. The stories are unique, some are humorous, some illicit tears, all inspire in their own way.
