Great book for School Kids

This is one in a set of "Reader" books for grade school kids in the Caribbean Commonwealth. The Reader C is probably for 2nd or 3rd graders (back then). It brings back deep memories of all the learning I did in Kingston Jamaica. It brings back a time of decency and simplicity and when these books were written by the authors. It was an all-purpose book: you learned poetry, bible stories, geography, famous legends (St. George, etc), history in a nice concise stories of 2 to 4 pages long. If only our current school books for my kids can do that! Actually my oldest reads it for fun. So buy one or buy the set (Reader A to F)! The only thing is the title doesn't use the "Reader" designation so you have to search for all the Angus McGiver books.
