Fireball Tennis

A little boy, Chris, is excited to go to his first tennis lesson. He meets Miss Tracey, the instructor. It's a hot day and as children do, his imagination takes over. The tennis court becomes a bubbling volcano of lava; Miss Tracey becomes a Dragon challenging him to a tennis match. Miss Tracey introduces Chris to four tennis strokes. For each stroke, Chris tries and fails the first time; he tries again and succeeds. At the end of each stroke's lesson, Miss Tracey has a demonstration in real photographs. He wins the Dragon's challenge. The story ends with Chris expressing excitement at the thought of his next lesson.
