When Haley Hunter wins a school scholarship, which will see her transferring from Havencroft to Washington D.C., concerns for her family plague her. Detective Alberto DiMaggio has decided to reopen the case and his investigation begins to ruffle some feathers. Will DiMaggio finally bring some light to the case that has remained unsolved all this time?

With their friend Haley Hunter facing her future, David Jackson and Serenity Scala are looking at theirs too, as they begin drawing closer to each other while confronting their doubts and insecurities.
