The contents of this book are an encapsulation of the experiences, practices and feelings that I have gone through in order to elevate myself and those around me, by breaking down the limitations I had unknowingly set myself and cast onto others. By working through past trauma and healing myself from within.

I began my self-healing journey 4 years ago after once again hitting the lowest point in my life, this seemed to be a trend that I was unable to shake. I would avoid looking at the parts of my life and the parts of myself that weighed me down. Those parts I refused to acknowledge or I believed would always be broken. I couldn't even begin to imagine the experiences I was close to missing out on, the life I have lived since that beginning is indescribable and unfathomable to my past self. The person that I see now before me is who I really am before sickness, trauma and limitations invaded my life.
