"Finding Joy In My Pain Memoir" is a tribute to my brother Nathaniel W. Johnson Devore. I lost my only baby brother at 25 years old and it broke my heart. To ease the burden I wrote this book as a tribute to him on behalf of my family and friends about the very fond memories we shared with him.The first part of the book is poems and essays that Nate wrote years ago. It has always been my brothers desire that we publish a book together, so I completed his request in his honor to show my love and devotion for him.The second portion is family and friends and the memories they shared.All we have is memories and the love we shared with Nate, there are pictures in the book that help us with the anger, grief and sorrow the day he passed away.Despite the fact that the pain is still there, I have so much joy knowing he's in a better place. I pray with sincerity in my heart, that this book helps anyone who has lost someone they truly love find joy in their pain.Nate wasn't just my brother he was my best friend.
