John 15 contains some of the last words Christ spoke to His disciples. These words are power packed instructions on living in His presence and love. Jesus told His disciples that if they would abide in Him, He would abide in them. What a wonderful invitation. He said He was the True Vine and His followers the branches.
This devotional takes the Jesus Follower on a journey through the vineyard for a deeper understanding of John 15. A grapevine is a perfect visual image of the True Vine and the branch. Simple concepts such as planting, growing and pruning from the vinedressers point of view are paralleled in the life of a Christian.
